Atlantis 2.0: Amphitrite
Amphirite, in Greek mythology, is the goddess of the sea and the wife of Poseidon. She is one of the 50 daughters of Nereus and Doris. According to Greek poets, Poseidon saw her dancing and fell in love with her beauty.
In art, Amphirite appears wearing robes of a queen and carrying a trident. Sometimes she is also shown with pearls and shells in her hair, curving around her face like a helmet.
